I started my appraisal career April of 2003 as an apprentice with Hamilton Square Appraisal Group in Hamilton, NJ. During this time I completed the required 90 hours of introductory appraisal concepts course work including the 15 hour USPAP course. I also completed much of the required 2,000 hours of apprentice field work before accepting a position as a staff appraiser with World Savings Bank in August of 2004.
During my tenure at World Savings Bank I completed my field work requirement and obtained my State License and State Certification. I also won the World Savings Top Quality Appraiser Northeast Region Award in 2005 & 2006 - both years I was eligible. This highly coveted title is awarded to the "Top 5% of Individuals that Demonstrate High Production Output while Exceeding Quality Standards."
In 2005 I became part of the World Savings Platinum Club for "Recognition of Outstanding Appraisal Performance." I met and learned from some of the top appraisers not only in FL but across the country while I was on staff and eventually I was performing review appraisals of peers with many more years experience than I had. In the appraisal industry World Savings appraisers are considered the most highly trained and "cream of the crop" in the field.
In May of 2007 I left World Savings, became FHA approved and started my own business as an Independent Fee Appraiser. Since then I have personally completed over 550 appraisals with a documented turn around time of 4.6 days (not business days) including a 95% turn around time of 24 hours from inspection to submission. Some of my clients include Wells Fargo Bank, 1st Constitution Bank, PrimeLending, First Choice Loan Services, Princeton Mortgage, American Financial Network and Family First Funding as well as numerous local attorneys and real estate agents.
Every appraisal we write is personalized and contains minimal "canned comments" that is so prevalent in our industry. You'll immediately see the difference between our reports and those you've seen before.
